Annual Awards, Dinner and Dance Details

The Awards, Dinner & Dance evening will take place at The Pavillion, Newclose Cricket Ground on Saturday 24th February, 6:30pm..... Annie Milton has been working hard over the last few weeks and has managed to organise the venue, menu, entertainment and produce the menu forms – Annie’s help is very much appreciated by the Committee and you can show your appreciation by supporting the event and booking your place..... It is expected that all award winners make the effort to be there to receive the silverware. If you finished 1st, 2nd or 3rd in your class then that includes you!.... The cost of the evening has been subsidised by the Club – under 16’s go free and just £20 each for everyone else...... WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: Obtain a menu form (a separate-form is required for each person in your party) Complete the form with your choices and send those with the correct payment to Annie Milton. Annie’s email & phone number are on the form – you will need to email or call first and Annie will then provide you with an address so you can send your completed forms in..... Cheques should be made out to IOWmcc Ltd please...... The easiest way to obtain a form is to print straight from the Club website (forms section) or from our Facebook group page..... Forms will be available at the next two trials at the signing on van. You can also hand in your completed forms there too..... There is a strict closing date for getting your forms back – We must have them back by Thursday 15th Feb, as the venue require the full payment and numbers for the evening on the 16th.... We look forward to what promises to be a great social evening out.
