Observer incentive scheme
All our Observers are given £10 each, towards their expenses, and as a thank you for giving up their time...... The Club introduced a voluntary contribution scheme to raise the necessary funds with any shortfall (on a trial to trial basis) being made up out of Club funds. This proved to be very successful early on...... However, as time goes on, the contributions have been steadily decreasing..... Please remember to make a contribution when signing on, if you can..... Remember that bank notes are lighter and much easier to count than coins!.... Seriously though - if the contributions continue to fall then the Committee will have no choice but to consider an increase to the trial entry fee.
